Legal Advertising Policy. The News Eagle requires a hard copy or prior verbal confirmation when emailing of all legal advertising notices prior to all published deadlines. Hard copies can either be dropped off at The News Eagle Hawley Office, 303 Main Avenue Suite C. or faxed to 570-226-4548 or 295-4548. All emailed legal advertisements must be sent to classifieds@neagle. com. Prior verbal confirmation must be made for all emailed legal advertisements by calling 570-226-4547 or 296-4547 x 102. The News Eagle cannot be held responsible for omission of legal advertisements when emailed without prior verbal confirmation or when a hard copy is not received.
